Shipping terms
If the product is available in stock, you will receive it within a maximum of 10 working days in Europe. If the product is not available in stock, the time of creation and shipping can take up to three weeks.The delivery time to other countries than Europe can take longer.
The shipping costs of the goods are charged additionally. They depend upon the delivery address, where the goods should be dispatched.
There are free shipping costs for orders that exceed the value of 200 euros.
Returns
If you wish to return a product, you have seven working days to inform us about it. We accept the return only if the product is in a perfect condition and in the original packaging. If the product has been worn or damaged, the return will not be accepted.
To process the refund, you must send an email to kania@jewellery.com including your name, address, telephone number, name and reference number and briefly the reason for the return.
If you are willing to change your product for another piece, please contact us to see if there is this possibility.
Please note that the shipping costs for the returned and the exchanged product have to be covered by you.
